About the event
Preparing for birth involves much more than packing a hospital bag. Expectant parents will learn to understand the role of doulas, create meaningful birth preferences, navigate healthcare settings with confidence, and learn how to advocate for themselves throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Participants will leave with practical tools, evidence-based resources, and the knowledge to make informed decisions while remaining at the center of their own birth experience.
