Healing is not about ignoring the past. It is about understanding it, facing it, and finding the strength to move forward.
The Power of Healing: Trapped Trauma is an 8-week course beginning April 17 and running through June 5, held weekly from 6:00–7:00 PM. This series is designed to help uncover the hidden wounds that keep us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in repeating cycles. Many of us carry pain that quietly shapes our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This course creates a safe and supportive space to gently explore those experiences and begin the process of true healing.
This class will be taught by Karen Portman, who will guide participants with compassion, insight, and practical tools to support lasting transformation.
