About the event
The Power of Healing: Uncovering & Overcoming Impacts of Hidden Trauma is an 8-week course beginning July 9 and running through August 27, with classes held weekly from 6:00–7:00 PM.
This series, led by Karen Portman, is designed to support participants in their healing journey by exploring how past hurtful experiences can impact the mind and body.
Participants may attend in person or online. Once registered, a link to join virtually will be sent to the email address provided. Please be sure to RSVP for all classes in the series. Childcare is provided.
When you attend a CTFT Maternal Health Class, you will receive one family voucher and one child voucher. Vouchers can be redeemed at the end of each class for essential items, including diapers, wipes, formula, hygiene products, and more.
